Los Pedregales 2017 The vinification is carried outLos Pedregales is an exciting straw yellow with light reflections. On the nose we can smell a lot of green apple, but also bananas and honey. Mineral notes are very present and work well together with lemon zest, walnut and ripe apricot. On the palate: smooth, elegant and full. The pronounced aroma ensures a pleasant balance and a long finish. Just a small sip is enough for a mouthful of wine. The vines grow at an altitude of 600 meters on soils
