ALTE REBEN Welschriesling 2025 Freestyle NächtigungOur coolest plots (exposed to the north, right on the edge of the forest, deep clay and loess soil) are among our future locations for Grner Veltliner. The wine is dense, earthy, ripe and yellow fruity, with a cool, mineral vein, very vital and lively. After a slow fermentation for more than a year in large wooden barrels, the wine was allowed to mature on the full lees until August 2021, when it was unfiltered drawn on the bottle. Decanters !!
