With salty mineral notes, combined with hints of brioche and yellow fruits. Classic Grand Cru Champagne from the heart of the Cte des Blancs. The vines are at least 40 years old; all qualities are aged in stainless steel tanks and mature on the lees for 3 6 years, depending on the quality. All Champagnes show the typical minerality and saltiness
