Very drinkable, sophisticated but not too complicated. The wine does not require any further storage. Most of the maturation took place in steel tanks. Fine with grilled steaks, lamb chops and mature cheeses. Stellenbosch's warm, Mediterranean climate, dry and hot summers; wet and cold winters, lots of wind from the nearby sea. serving
