ganzer – Sommertrüffel Bio Quantity:40 g A different sweet-sour twistOur black summer truffle is a natural product. Processing is limited to washing and pickling in brine. The intense truffle smell is missing, because we produce this summer truffle completely WITHOUT truffle flavouring. We therefore recommend this product exclusively for consumers who know and love the sensory properties of black summer truffles: the malty and mild mushroom scent. The taste is slightly nutty. This type of truffle should not be confused
