The 43 ASC extensions from Profile Design are the next evolutionary step in aero handlebars. Only the clamp and the grip area are round. Everything else is kammtail shaped and therefore more aerodynamic. In addition, the carbon "tubes" disappear completely under the forearm due to the bend, see the competition photo on my Cervlo P5.
