Pizzini ‘Il Soffio’ Prosecco glenguin with positive tannin supportIl Soffio (the breath) is named for the gentle breeze that blows through the valley in the evening, cooling the fruit on the vine to enable the creation of our delicate, fresh bubbles. This vintage Prosecco is hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Aromatics include hints of green apple, wisteria flowers and slight citrus notes, whilst the palate is dry with a creamy mouthfeel.
