Lethbridge Pinot Noir 2024 Size::1 Bottle On the first noseThe 2024 season started with early budburst due to a warm start to spring. The rest of the growing period was relatively cool and this Pinot Noir expresses this colder vintage. This wine is made with natural yeast and was fermented with 50% whole bunches for up to four weeks. Each block of fruit is fermented and aged separately in 20% new French oak barrels. The wine was blended before bottling in February 2025, the goal of which is to layer the
