Mexico, United Mexican States. A Military Sports Merit Medal 1935, III Class Archive marked with Eickhorn manufacturer’s symbol(Mrito Deportivo Militar). Two piece construction, in copper with orange enamels on the obverse and blue enamels on the reverse, measuring 38. 2 mm (w) x 43 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, intact enamels, green oxidation evident along the outer edges of the insignia on the reverse, original ribbon, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Military Sports Merit Medal was created by decree on August 14, 1935.
