The military passport was issued to Unteroffizier (NCO) Klingelhoeffer, dated to Potsdam on September 22, 1881. Footnote: Friedrich Wilhelm Klingelhoeffer was born March 19, 1857 in Wetter (Hesse). He joined the army on November 9, 1878 and was deployed to the 2nd
