Aromas of honeycomb, orange and meyer lemon, preserved pear and pineapple, with a gently flinty note of smoke The palate is crusted with silicaceous minerals, slate and salt, all sorts of fresh picked pears and peaches before a pure mineral finish. Fans of old school cuvees from Jacky Blot will find a lot to love here. Don't hesitate to lay some down for the 5 10 year range. 12% abv.
