Germany, Luftwaffe. A Dark Blue Winter Flight Jacket Hold a 643-ton barkentine(Luftwaffe dunkelblaue Fliegerjacke). An extremely well preserved Luftwaffe dark blue flight jacket, more commonly known as a Kanaljacke (Channel Jacket). Constructed of a dark blue cotton blend, it features a turned down collar lined on the obverse with thick brown wool, with two straps emanating from the reverse of the left meeting a loop and arrangement of snap buttons on the left for secure closure.
