they farm using organic practices and an environmentally friendly approach to both viticulture and vinification

The tannins deliver real structure and purpose and the acidty has punch and zip and keeps the decadent fruit in check nicely

The palate is rich and has so much flavour some apple, some citrus, a touch of mandarin, some white flowers. Our 2023 Riesling is a beautiful drink now and over the next 5 years.
