Constructed of black rayon with a buckram core, the obverse bearing a silvered bronze NSDAP style German national eagle clutching wreathed and blackened mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 60 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue and evidence of an insignia previously removed from the underlay, in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
