Constructed of red rayon, each end trimmed with gold bullion wire tassels, the obverse of one end bearing a white canvas disc 142 mm in diameter, overlaid with a black Sturmabteilung (SA) logo, the opposite end bearing an identical white disk 142 mm in diameter, overlaid with a black mobile swastika, with a central gilt inscription of DEM TOTEN KAMERADEN SA STURM 13 GF 41 (THE DEAD COMRADES SA STURM 13 GF 41) in
