Pacini, Regina - Signed Photograph 1906 [ESSAYS] Metropolitan Museum of ArtPortugese soprano of Italian origin (1871 1965), whose full name was Regina Isabel Luisa Pacini Quintero, was the daughter of the Italian baritone Pietro Andrea Giorgi Pacini. She later married the Argentine politician Marcelo Torcuato de Alvear, future President of Argentina, and thus eventually became the First Lady of Argentina.
