Thomas Wines Synergy Shiraz rotgipfler estate grown from Printhie’s oldestA blend of Shiraz from the Fordwich Hill, Pokolbin Estate (Kiss and Dam Blocks), Sweetwater Ridge, Cote D'or and Black Cluster vineyards. Each parcel was given a pre fermentation cold maceration for 24 to 48 hours, followed by vinification in stainless steel. The parcels were then racked to barrels for malolactic conversion. The wine was raised in oak 300 litre French hogsheads for 15 months before bottling.
