It is produced starting only from Vermentino grapes from the Ogliastra area, grown in the hilly area that goes as far as the eastern coast of the region. The granitic soil gives minerality and freshness to the grapes while the marine climate gives, also thanks to the action of the winds, sapidity to the final wine.
