Constructed of tombac, consisting of a laurel wreath with a static swastika at the base and a leftward facing eagle with a large eye superimposed on the clasp, with nine oak leaves horizontally positioned on either side of the center motif, the reverse with a barrel hinge, tapered horizontal pinback and round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 75. 8 mm (w) x 25. 4 mm (l),
