Paul Pernot et Ses Fils Bourgogne Cote d'Or Blanc 2024 Region:Burgundy young drinking cuveeThe 2022 edition of Paul Pernot's entry tier Chardonnay follows in the well worn footsteps of his previous vintages. This wine is made from declassified Puligy Montrachet grapes that could fetch a much higher price point, but Paul chooses to offer them here, in a "Cote d'Or" bottling to differentiate this from a simple Bourgogne blanc. Refined aromas of roasted apples, lemon curd, cinnamon dusted brioche, vanilla bean and orange zest with a touch of
