An eight pointed multi rayed beaded star in silvered bronze, featuring an enameled white Latin Cross in bronze gilt, featuring alternated gilt lions and castles in each quadrant, with a gilt surmounted Imperial crown and a beneath clasp on the 12 o'clock arm, obverse exhibiting a gilt blue enameled anchor, reverse with buttonhole for attachment, marked by
