An oval cap badge, the centre obverse presents an eagle perched on a trumpet, below a portrait of Remus von Woyrsch, inscribed WELT KRIEG 1914 1916 ARMEEABTEILUNG WOYRSCH, on a vertical pinback, measuring 31. 54 mm (w) x 40. 61 mm (h), and in very fine condition.
