An 1933-35 Manufacture Hunting Cutlass By Carl Eickhorn Auction Archive enamels are in excellent conditionAn example of a Third reich period German hunting cutlass, measuring 462 mm with the scabbard on, featuring 450 mm steel nickel plated blade, with dull edges and having a sharp tip. The blades reverse ricasso is marked with the maker mark of Carl Eickhorn of Solingen. The blade is wonderfully etched with the standard hunting cutlass design of that period, depicting moderate bruising, as well as runner marks on the blade common to extraction and return
