It measures 148x209mm, better than very fine condition with some signs of aging. The recipient is Verwaltungsobergefreiter (Administrative Senior Lance Corporal) of the Kriegsmarine Paul Roth. The document is dated to Paris on March 26, 1943. It carries a facsimile of the signature of Commander in Chief of Naval Group Command West, General Admiral Wilhelm Marschall. Footnote: General
