GOLD, platinum, and enamels, oval, manufactured at Leningrad mint with raised "Leningradskii Monetny Dvor" mark and numbered "280636" on reverse, 38 mm x 40. 5 mm, five sided ribbon suspension, near mint. Footnote: The Order of Lenin was the highest award of the Soviet Union and was established by the Presidium of the Central Committee of the USSR on April 6, 1930.
