Accompanied by its Packet of Issue, marked "Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse 1939" on the front, maker marked "Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen I. Sa" on the reverse, crinkled, horizontal fold mark, soiled, packet fine.
