Quite pungent and aromatic, this has florally, passionfruit notes and very ripe pear on the nose, all complexed with a hint of freshly cut grass. Delicious drinking, it has an excellent zestiness and lovely, light tropical fruit flavours and herbaceous characters. The good acidity contributes to its good persistence of flavour.
