The Beauty Organic Gin 500ml Size::1 Bottle Then there’s the strawberriesMade with local botanicals from Lake Constance. These include lemon balm, lavender, stinging apples and hop flowers. In the nose it is a clear New Western Style Gin, the lemon balm clearly in the foreground comes the well integrated lavender. On the palate you notice a combination of burning apple and lemon. The initial sweetness is rounded offby a juniper bitternote. The finish is long and again characterized by lavender.
