Diego Curtaz Vallee d'Aoste Gamay 2022 Color:Red Sunshine and seawater--the only ingredientsDiego Curtaz farms about 1. 5 hectares of vineyard in the alpine region of Aoste. This Gamay is one of two wines he makes, using natural farming and vinification. Aged in old botti for 8 9 months before bottling. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining. As so often with Vallee d'Aoste wines, this one has delicate texture combined with powerful flavors of berries and earth.
