Constructed of 18kt Gold, consisting of a red enameled cross with crossed swords in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse center medallion presents a figure in Gold spearing a dragon on horseback, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed Vinces in Hoc Signo, the reverse medallion presents the same central figure as obverse, surrounded by a blue
