Thousand Candles Gathering Field Shiraz / Malbec 2021 dao with layers of red fruitA full bodied wine with great purple colour, bright fruit characters and smooth fine tannins. 50 % Shiraz 50 % Malbec The Malbec brings the distinctive purple colour as well as plum and mulberry aromas. The Shiraz provides some lifted berry fruits and some roundness on the palate. Natural yeasts. Fruit was 100 % destemmed. Aged in older french barriques. The oak is in the background allowing the fruit to shine through.
