It covers the entire slope from top to bottom and benefits from optimal sunshine due to its south westerly exposure. We are fortunate to have two plots which allow us to blend two types of wine that are different but complementary. The first plot, located at the top of the slope, where the soil is quite stony, produces wines that are bold, fresh and tight. The second plot, located halfway up the slope,
