The T Handle drops down flush in either the open or closed (180 Rotation) position. (except with the offset cam bar positioned upward). The rubber seal & boot under the T Handle seals the lock cylinder preventing water intrusion. Easily Installs in a 2 1 2" Diameter Hole for Mounting Surfaces 1 8" to 3 4" Thick.
