It states that Obergefreiter (Senior Lance Corporal) Otto Harms on the Staff of the 1st Detachment of Flak Regiment 26 (motorised platoon) was awarded the Drivers Proficiency Badge in Bronze. The document is dated to December 21, 1943 and signed in pencil by Lieutenant Colonel of Flak Regiment 101, Herbert Stephan (18991944, KIA).
