An Ss Fez Of The 13Th Handschar Division Auction Archive The cuffs are ventedMaroon wool exterior, embroidered skull and eagle insignias are crisp and sharp, head of the tassel attached to the fez via a thick stem, the tassel with a multi fringe black cord skirt and sewn in place on the reverse, ends of the leather sweatband sewn together at the rear, intact stitching, scattered mothing present on the exterior, the sweatband exhibiting very light crazing, extremely fine.
