Alfredo Maestro El Rey Del Glam 2021 Size::1 Bottle Gevrey-Chambertin and Aloxe-CortonGrapes were harvested by hand and clusters were processed without crushing or destemming. Natural fermentation was in stainless steel tanks with daily pump overs and no additions. The wine was then taken outside into the cold of winter to clarify and stabilise naturally. It was racked one last time before bottling.
