Les Vignes De Nuit is 100% Chardonnay, planted in 1972 grown on a gentle slope just outside the village of Frebrianges. 45% of the base wine is fermented in old traditional 228 litre Burgundian barrels and aged for several months before tirage. The wine was disgorged after 5 years on
