A rare and important identity card, constructed of pale blue card stock with multi coloured ink, the obverse bearing a certified black and white studio portrait of Otto Schniewind in a Marinebrigade Ehrhardt uniform, situated above handwritten details indicating that Schniewind was serving as part of 4. Maschinengewehr Kompanie, IV. Abteilung, Schiffsstammdivision der Nordsee, following the Marinebrigade
