Constructed of a red cotton cloth base, overlaid by double sided white cotton discs measuring 70 cm in diameter, in turn bearing dyed black mobile swastikas, measuring 104 cm (w) x 92 cm (h), demonstrating significant fading and material fatigue throughout the base material consistent with extensive period display, a storied example in fair condition.
