Baron Hot & Cross Imperial Stout 500ml (11.5%) Wild/Mixed Fermentation Jonas produced his first 900Brewed for Easter, this is a Hot Cross Bun Imperial Stout. The stupidly strong wort was boiled for 6 hours and reduced to a thick and viscous sauce. Spiced in the boil with cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel, raisins, and caramel for a very over the top treacly treat. Vegan friendly, no lactose.
