In 18 karat Gold and enamels, a white enamelled Gold Maltese cross with ball finials, with a Gold crown of Sweden in each quadrant, obverse roundel is charged with a vase and a sheaf encircled by a red enamelled band featuring the inscription GUSTAF DEN III INST. MDCCLXXII, with mirrored reverse roundel, marked on the 3 o'clock arm with makers mark CFC (denoting C. F. Carlman),
