Germany, Kriegsmarine. A High Seas Fleet Badge, Variation II, by Richard Simm & Söhne Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic with only light scratches common(Flottenkriegsabzeichen). Constructed of gilded and silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a frontal depiction of a Kriegsmarine battleship cutting through waves and executed in exceptional detail, the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch emanating from a crimped base, maker marked
