After the influential Dedicated label folded in 1998 they went on a two year hiatus after which they set up their own label Dadaphonic. Here, they released three studio albums between 2001 and 2008, of which this record is their first. Between 1986 and 1997 Cranes released a steady stream of records on Bite Back!
