Whispering Leaves Rag Rugs Maintains shape58" x 67" Fall leaves can be so beautiful that sometimes they quietly call you to imitate the glorious color and rhythm of the season. This quilt is composed of various leaves laid on a rather simple background. The inside of each leaf is a piece of organza with a bit of glitz. I appliqued the leaves with a blanket stitch and used a satin stitch to show the veins. Of course, it would also look lovely with hand applique' and embroidered veins.
