Made only in exceptional vintages with fruit from the oldest vines on our estate these super premium small batch wines are hand-crafted gently matured in fine French oak and assigned to our Heritage Collection after meticulous barrel selection

Yields were quite good for the pinot but not so much for the chardonnay as there was quite a bit of shatter during the flowering

Sentio Beechworth Shiraz 2024 listan-negro Mourvèdre and CinsaultHandpicked fruit was separated into two parcels. One completely de stemmed and partially crushed and fermented in stainless steel. The other parcel was fermented in an open top concrete vessel with lightly treaded, 100% whole clusters. The wines were pressed to a combination of barrique, demi, and puncheons (some new). The wine was blended in October, then bottled in February 2024.
