In silver with red, white and blue enamels, measuring 40. 8 mm (w) x 42. 2 mm (h), chipping evident in the blue enamels on the obverse centrpiece ring and on the reverse centrepiece, along with the red enamels on the reverse centrepiece ring, light contact overall, replacement ribbon suspended from its hanger with pinback, fine.
