VOLKSWOHLFAHRT, GAU ESSEN (MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST PEOPLES WELFARE, GAU ESSEN), with three holes for attachment, unmarked, measuring 76 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
