Red Edge ‘71 Block’ Shiraz 2021 castillon-côtes-de-bordeaux where St Hallett winery residesOur Degree Shiraz is an aromatic fruit forward wine, with soft tannins and a smooth finish. Designed for immediate drinking the 2021 vintage compromises 90% Shiraz, 6% Mourvdre and 4% Riesling. The Mourvdre softens the Shiraz tannins and the co fermented Riesling helps lift the aromatics.
