In the very early stages of raising their young family, Dean was working at a nearby winery putting his hand to Provenal style, Mourvdre dominated Ros. Taking his learnings from this idyllic time, this Ros is classically made, using traditional Provenal varieties from our home in Barossa Valley. We dont need to irrigate our vineyard
