A Flak Badge, Narrow Hinge Variant, by Gustav Brehmer consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac measuring 22 mm in total(Flakkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe). Instituted January 10th, 1941. Constructed of silvered tombac, the obverse consisting of an oval oak wreath joined together at the base by a ribbon and topped by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, all overlaid by a central Flak 88 with its barrel raised and extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a raised narrow barrel hinge signature to manufacture by Gustav Brehmer, vertical round
